Return Policy

Return Policy

All our products are guaranteed by the manufacturer and insured by the shipping company to arrive in perfect condition. However, purchased items may be returned within seven (7) days of receiving shipment with the exception of custom orders. Custom orders such as pre-hung or doors with factory finish are non-refundable.

Doors must be installed by a licensed qualified professional door company to qualify for warranty. Installation without proper tools and knowledge can result in personal injury. Inspect all of the shipped parts and account for everything before commencing any work.

A 50% restocking fee will apply to all doors/slab orders. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges. No refund will be made for purchases until the items have safely arrived to our manufacturer’s warehouse.

Customers who wish to return non-damaged items must also pay return shipping fees.


No refunds will be given past (six) months from delivery date. UberDoors will not, under any circumstances, be liable for installation, refinishing or painting costs.

Authorization from Uberdoors is required prior to the return of any item. We will give you instructions on where and how to ship. We recommend that you insure returned items for the full value of the item shipped. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within seven days of delivery to arrange an exchange or refund. A 50% restocking fee will apply!

Please make sure to keep your receipt and return the product in its original packaging. As stated previously Uberdoors will not assume the transportation charges for any products returned by any transportation agency or company for products purchased through Uberdoors.

Damaged Merchandise
All packages are inspected for damage prior to shipping. If you discover any damage, please refuse delivery while the shipper is still present and do not accept the item. Any damage claim reported after you sign for your item cannot be honored as the shipper must wait for you to inspect the merchandise prior to signing. Damaged merchandise can be replaced with the same model only. You may also return damaged merchandise for a refund; however, a 25% restocking fee will apply.

Return Shipping Cost
Return shipping cost (the cost to send merchandise back to our store) is comparable to your cost of driving to any store for returning an item, which is not reimbursable. Therefore, we do not reimburse any return shipping cost. If an item you received is defective, we will definitely replace the item with a new one; however, we do not cover or reimburse the shipping cost for returning defective merchandise back to our store. We will ship the replacement product to you at our cost, and use every good measure to ensure that the replacement order is processed quickly.

  • All pre-hung orders are final (non-refundable/non-changeable)
  • All custom size orders are final
  • After full payment is received, you have 1 business day to cancel or to make a change. After that your order is non-refundable/non-changeable
  • Cancellation of door(s) slab order(s) are subject to 50% restocking fee
  • Customer is responsible for all shipping charges in case of return
  • Once a quote has been approved any changes made after 24 Hours will be subject to a 50% surcharge for any modifications or cancellations.
